W. F. HARRIS LIGHTING NITE OWL® PRODUCTS WARRANTY

W. F. Harris Lighting provides a Full One Year Warranty from date of Packing Slip against defects in material and workmanship for all parts (except lamps/bulbs) and a Lifetime Warranty on the GE Lexan® Polycarbonate housing to the Original Buyer or Original Owner of the Nite Owl® Spotlight. A Thirty (30) Day Warranty is provided to the Original Buyer or Original Owner for any bulb supplied with the Nite Owl® Spotlight. The Full Warranties do not cover damage to the Nite Owl® Spotlight resulting from unreasonable use, including failure to provide reasonable maintenance.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
W. F. Harris Lighting warrants all manufactured fixtures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when properly maintained, under normal use and service, for a period of one(1) year from date of invoice. All warranty and service issues are the responsibility of W.F. Harris Lighting.


To obtain warranty protection, the Original Buyer or Original Owner of the Nite Owl® Spotlight should complete the warranty card and mail it within thirty (30) days. W. F. Harris Lighting reserves the option to repair, replace or issue credit for a defective Nite Owl® product, provided that the postmark of the request for warranty service is within the one (1) year warranty. Only W. F. Harris Lighting at its facility at 4015 Airport Ext. Road, Monroe, NC 28110 is authorized to do warranty repair or provide replacement.

ANY CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO PROPERTY ARE EXCLUDED
FROM THIS WARRANTY

TO RETURN A NITE OWL® SPOTLIGHT
Before returning the light, please contact our Customer Service Department at TOLL FREE 1-800-842-9345 between 8:15am and 5:15pm Eastern Time Monday through Friday and describe the problem. Many problems can be solved with minor adjustments and save you a delay or expense in using your Spotlight.

When returning your Spotlight, be sure to pack securely with protective padding in front of the bulb. Follow the instructions on your Packing Slip. Enclose the original Packing Slip with your returning product. (Please keep a copy for your records should your shipment become lost in transit. W. F. Harris Lighting is not responsible for lost items.)

Include your name and return address on the outside of the package. Insure your package should it become lost in transit. Use the return address label on your Packing Slip or address your package to: Attention: Customer Service Department, W. F. Harris Lighting, 4015 Airport Ext. Road, Monroe, NC 28110, (704) 283-7477.

PLEASE NOTE:   SEND PREPAID AND INSURED  - C.O.D. UNACCEPTABLE

W. F. Harris Lighting will repair and return your Spotlight postpaid within 30 days of receipt. If repair is not practical, W. F. Harris Lighting will replace the Spotlight.
