High Abuse Fixture Warranty

W. F. HARRIS LIGHTING HIGH ABUSE PRODUCTS WARRANTY

W.F. Harris Lighting warrants all manufactured fixtures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when properly maintained, under normal use and service, for a period of one (1) year from date of invoice. High Abuse Products are rustproof, vandal resistant, and non-corrosive. Lens and non-conductive housing of polycarbonate, and tempered marine-grade aluminum backplate/baseplate carry a Lifetime Guarantee against rust, corrosion, and breakage for the lifetime of the installation.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

W. F. Harris Lighting warrants all manufactured fixtures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when properly main- tained, under normal use and service, for a period of one(1) year from date of invoice. All warranty and service issues are the responsibility of W.F. Harris Lighting.

Ballasts are guaranteed for one(1) year from date of purchase. Lamps are not covered under the W.F. Harris Lighting Guarantee.

Upon receipt of the High Abuse product, W. F. Harris Lighting will issue credit for or replace the fixture. All shipping and handling charges to the W. F. Harris Lighting factory in Monroe, North Carolina, and back to the customer are the responsibility of the customer.

W. F. Harris Lighting reserves the right to issue credit or replace the defective, broken, rusted, or corroded product as its option. W. F. Harris Lighting also reserves the right to examine the defective products if the defect is questionable and to deny the warranty herein for any product altered, improperly installed or installed in applications for which it is not intended.

W. F. Harris Lighting is not responsible for damage to its products through natural disasters, natural aging, improper installation, maintenance, use, or attempts to operate products above its rated capacity or voltage, intentionally or otherwise. The yellowing of our polycarbonate lenses is part of the natural aging process and is not covered by this warranty.

This Warranty does not cover and W. F. Harris Lighting is not responsible for labor or freight costs incurred in connection with the installation. The foregoing warranty is exclusive of all other warranties and no other warranties of any kind are expressed or implied.
